• Order information: species, tag number, drop-off and pickup dates, cut-sheet selections, weights, and invoice totals.

• To schedule drop-offs, process your animal, and notify you about order status and pickup.

We send SMS messages to customers who opt in through our online booking form, our customer sign-in page, our paper intake form, or by giving verbal consent when calling the shop. Messages are transactional and tied to your order — for example, appointment confirmations, drop-off confirmation, processing status updates, cut-sheet links, after-hours pickup codes, and pickup or invoice notifications. One-time sign-in codes are also sent by SMS.

• Message frequency: varies by order, typically 3–8 messages per order.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge for messages you send or receive.
• Help: reply HELP to any of our messages, or contact us through the Contact page.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any of our messages at any time to stop further SMS from this program.
• Supported carriers: messages are sent through major US carriers; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you opted in to receive and to operate your account.

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business — for example, the SMS provider that delivers your text messages, the email provider that delivers receipts and notifications, and the hosting platform that runs this website and our customer database. These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to comply with inspections or regulatory requirements that apply to meat processors, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, staff, and shop.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep customer and order records for as long as needed to operate the business and to meet recordkeeping requirements that apply to meat processing. You may ask us to delete account information that is not required to be retained by law.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
