By using this website, booking a drop-off, creating a customer account, or opting in to our SMS notifications, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your mobile phone number and email, and for keeping access to your account secure. Notify us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

• Drop-off appointments are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message.
• Every animal must have a current brand inspection at drop-off where required by law.
• Cut-sheet selections are your responsibility. We process based on the selections submitted by the buyer of record.
• Pickup, storage, and any after-hours pickup options are subject to our shop policies in effect at the time.

Pricing is based on our current rate sheet and the cuts, processing, and add-ons you select. Final invoice totals are calculated after your order is wrapped. Payment is due at or before pickup unless otherwise arranged.

When you opt in, we send transactional SMS messages tied to your order, including appointment confirmations, drop-off confirmation, processing status updates, cut-sheet links, after-hours pickup codes, and pickup or invoice notifications. We also send one-time sign-in codes by SMS.

• Message frequency varies by order, typically 3–8 messages per order.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge for messages you send or receive.
• Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out of further messages from this program at any time.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Do not use this website or our SMS program to impersonate others, submit false information, interfere with the service, or attempt to access accounts or data you are not entitled to.

The website and notifications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that messages will always be delivered on time or without error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the website or SMS program is limited to the amount you paid us for the related processing service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
